We, John and Margaret, always had the dream to find a clinic that was in a good community; one we could honestly feel was ours for the long term, somewhere to make our own and to call it our home. We found it – Polden Hills Veterinary Centre!
We have both worked in many clinics and in a few countries and seen a wide variety of good and not so good veterinary practices.
This only furthered our belief that it is important to create a small animal practice where we would live on the property to ensure 24 hour supervision of pet care and comfort, and be fully involved and invested in the staff and clients.
The clinic was previously called MacKay and Taylor Veterinary Surgeons. Peter and Richard sold the practice when they decided it was time to retire.
Among the major renovations the upstairs area has been improved to allow for sleeping accommodation, in accordance with the planning permission granted in 2005.We are on the premises to take care of animalsafter hours – your pet will never feel abandoned while in our care!
